Contest #7 -The Results!
Congratulations to Adam Hirst of Los Angeles, CA!

We asked our listeners to change only one letter of an existing game show title to create a new show title then write a one-line description of the show concept.
After tallying all the blog comments, call-in votes and IMs, Adam came away with the victory.
Here was Adam’s winning entry:
-
Break The Tank – Contestants go to different aquariums and try to scatter the fishes.
Deal Or No Meal – Contestants hit the street to make drug deals so that they can feed their families.
Press Your Duck – Who’s in the mood for Chinese as it’s time to cook and you’ve got 30 minutes to feed a billion people.
You Bet Your Wife – Contestants vie for big cash prizes while the loser’s wife becomes a prostitute in a Kazakhstanian brothel.
What’s My Lane? — Senior citizens are given back their drivers licenses and put on the freeway.
I think What’s My Lane? is coming to Fox this summer…
Thanks to all who entered!

I will not begrudge Adam for winning this week. Really I won’t. I thought “What’s My Lane” was brilliant! But it seems like many voters ignored the rules and voted for an individual game name rather than “overall excellence and creativity” as the rules state. Nope, no bitterness here. None, nada, rien.
Just giving you all a hard time. Kudos, Adam. But watch out for next week’s contest! I’m competitive and I’ll be back!
I took that into consideration, but felt that despite that, Adam received enough overall votes. Laura also received votes for individual entries. C’est l’Internet. Good luck with #8!
