I think women SHOULD be late for a first date. Just a little. Just enough to put us off-guard. Enough to forget our clever topics of conversation, have to protect an empty seat we saved at the bar, risk the timing of the ice melting on their drink. I think we need to be reminded that we are at their mercy, and that mercy is magnificent.
