WML in NYC!

It’s true! It’s totally true!

It hardly seems real –partly because I’ve been trying for so long to make it happen and partly because I can’t believe I have so much to do in less than three weeks– but it’s actually happening: we’re bringing “What’s My Line? - Live On Stage” back to where it all started: New York City!

The theatre is booked, I’ve got a press agent, post cards are being printed, and for the first time… an official license from the folks who own the original show. My co-producer and director, Jim Newman, is flying out from LA to help get the show off the ground, and I’m pleased to report that many of our panelists from LA will be making the journey as well.

There will be lots more news to report here. Make sure to sign up for our new e-mail list to get the latest.

Now all I have to do is find a hostess, a musician, a set, more panelists, guests, Mystery Guests, an audience, a sponsor, a stage manager, a lighting designer, a running crew, a board operator, and a videographer. I also have to finish updating the website, redo the budget, get out a press release, decide on a company manager, arrange for an interview… I think I’m forgetting something…

Oh… And sleep.

It still seems unreal.

Yeah, some sleep would help.
