Who Would Want to Date a Millionaire?

I was approached last night to “audition” for “Millionaire Matchmaker.” I have nothing against millionaires or matchmaking, so I checked out the info on the site. The application is 26 pages, and includes provisions such as

You must not be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one for at least one (1) year following the initial exhibition of the episodes of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.

and penalties of $100,000 per incorrect piece of info you supply them in the application.

It’s kind of fascinating the rights you give up just to be on a TV show (and perhaps date a millionaire), including the right to have the producers “fictionalize” who you are and what you did on the show.

Oh, and turning over medical care decisions to them.
