Kate LinderKATE LINDER joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in April 1982 as Esther Valentine, confidante and housekeeper to Katherine Chancellor, and has been with the show ever since. A native of Pasadena, California, Linder attended San Francisco State University and graduated with a B.A. in theater arts. Linder has appeared in numerous theatrical productions in Los Angeles and the Bay Area. She is active with the Make-a-Wish foundation and LA Shanti, among other charities, and has visited troops on USO tours to Afghanistan, Pakistan and South Korea in addition to military bases in the United States. Linder is a founding member of TV Cares, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences AIDS awareness and fundraising arm. Greg Proops GREG PROOPS is a sharp and snarky stand up comic from San Francisco. Mr. Proops is currently starring in Drew Carey's Green Screen Show, an inventive and visually arresting new comedy series, that combines Improvisation with Animation, on the WB network.Greg is best known for his unpredictable appearances on Whose Line is it Anyway? Greg is also a regular on the long running British version of WLIIA?, currently seen on Comedy Central and the ABC Family Channel. More at www.gregproops.com
Charles Phoenix CHARLES PHOENIX, a "histo-tainer," is an expert in the world of mid-century American design and culture --from the kitsch to the classic, the ironic to the iconic. As a performer he is well known for his "God Bless Americana Retro Slide Shows," performing for sold out houses at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood. He is also your personal tour guide for his mind bending Retro School Bus Field Trip Tours, including The "Theme Park" Tour of Downtown Los Angeles. He is the author of 6 books - his latest is Southern Californialand: Mid-Century Culture in Kodachrome. On June 16th he will perform under the stars at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre. Nancy Pimental NANCY PIMENTAL was nominated for an Emmy as co-host of the game show "Win Ben Stein's Money" and was also nominated for an Emmy as a writer on "South Park." She also wrote the screenplay for "The Sweetest Thing" starring Cameron Diaz, and has appeared in films such as "Dumb and Dumberer" and "Prey for Rock & Roll".
